1. PAYMENT > 50-100% of the total commission fee must be payed prior to me working starting the model, The remaining once I give you the finished model. Once I begin working on the Model there will be no refunds.

2. REVISIONS > I can do free minor revisions but they must align with the concept we agreed on. If a major revision is required then a fee depending on the difficulty of the revision will apply.

REVISION FEES MUST BE PAYED IN FULL PRIOR TO STARTING THE REVISION.

3. COMMUNIACTION > If the client doesn't respond to my messages for more than two days without any prior notice I will assume that you no longer want the model and will stop working on it. I am not responsible for any refunds.

4. WILL NOT DO > I wont make any models that break roblox TOS or that I am uncofortable with.
